Thank you for shopping with The Happy Flavor! Every order is carefully packed by our team, and we work hard to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available through our website.

If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@thehappyflavor.com for a shipping quote and availability.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow the shipping carrier time to update tracking information after your package has been scanned.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

The Happy Flavor is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@thehappyflavor.com, and we'll gladly help investigate the shipment and work with the carrier when appropriate.


Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors.
  • Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier.
  • Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery.

If you're still unable to locate your package, please email us. We'll do our best to help determine the next steps.


Damaged Shipments

We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Each situation is reviewed individually, and we may work with the shipping carrier to file a claim when appropriate.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.
