How do I use it?
You can either use Mitzi's recipe as shown or use Mitzi's recipe as a starting point to determine how much to use to help guide you in getting started.
Another easy way to try the Flavor Enhancer is to simply add it to your favorite recipe you already have or by replacing any flavorings already included in your recipe.
Be creative and watch the countless combinations you can create.
If you find your cookie dough to be a little wet, roll it out with a little flour.
What can I use it in?
The Original Flavor Enhancer is here to super boost the flavor in you cookie dough, cake batter or baked goods.
How does it work?
To say it simply... Naturally the flavorings in your baked goods, or vanilla, are larger more complex molecules. The Flavor Enhancer is sheered at a really high speed to break down it's molecules into tiny particles and then it becomes an oil and water type formula where the Flavor Enhancer encapsulates, or wraps around your vanilla or flavorings in your dough or batter. By encapsulating your vanilla, or any flavorings you may add, the Flavor Enhancer protects your vanilla so it don't "bake out" in your oven and you actually taste those ingredients you would normally lose.
In short, The Original Flavor Enhancer protects and super-boosts the flavor in your dough, batter or baked goods to the point where you'll have people begging for your recipe and coming back time and time again craving your creations.

Royal Icing Tip:
To Keep the same consistency in your royal icing:
As Mitzi's recipe shows, cut back a little water at the beginning (I use 3/4 C warm water instead of the original recipe of 1 C warm water) when you are whipping your water and meringue powder (or egg whites or your similar ingredient per your recipe) to allow more room for your same consistency at the end. You can always add more water as your final step in royal icing so cut back a little at the beginning to allow the addition of the Happy Icing liquid.
Another cool thing about Happy Icing... Because you are taking out some water at the beginning and if you are trying to reach a thicker consistency for details or flowers and naturally will have to add more powdered sugar for your desired thickness, your icing will still taste like yummy Happy Icing instead of powdered sugar.
