Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help.

Shipping Damage

Although we carefully package every order before it leaves our facility, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

When appropriate, we may file a claim with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) as part of resolving the issue.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because we work quickly to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.

Each bottle includes a Best By date to ensure you enjoy the highest quality flavor and performance.

When stored properly at room temperature, our products are shelf stable and intended to maintain their quality throughout the recommended shelf life.


Refund Requests

We understand that every baker's recipes, ingredients, and personal taste preferences are unique.

Because baking results can vary based on recipe formulation, ingredients, baking methods, ovens, altitude, humidity, and individual technique, we are unable to offer refunds based solely on personal preference or recipe results.
